This study investigated the conversion efficiency of NO over seven kinds of ferrite catalysts (Fe3O4, Cu-ferrite, Mn-ferrite, Ni-ferrite, Cr-ferrite, Co-ferrite and Zn-ferrite) with NH3 as reductant. Results show that both Cu-ferrite and Mn-ferrite have great catalytic ability, especially under the ratio of the active center metal over iron (M/Fe) is 1/2.5. The NO conversion can reach nearly 100% at oxygen concentration of 6%, space velocity of 6000 hr-1, NO concentration of 3000ppm, NH3/NO ratio in 1.5 ~ 2.5, and reaction temperature between 75 to 400℃.
