Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄應用科技大學 === 電子工程系碩士班 === 104 === Traditional display devices(e.g.CRT televisions) use interlaced method, interlaced method is saved information of odd or even lines,so interlaced method efficient bandwidth reduction, and interlaced method recent years has been widely used in broadcast television systems (e.g.NTSC,PAL,SECAM,HDTV), but traditional interlaced scanning method will produce jagged, flickering, screen flicker at the fast-moving.To solve these problems, up to now has made a number of de-interlaced method to deal with these phenomena to improve or reinforce image, to achieve better viewing. In this thesis,we propose a better de-interlaced method to solve the jagged, flickering, screen flicker at the fast-moving. It can be more efficient and to improve the image,and we have a better results.
