Findings-The survey returned 203 valid questionnaires and the results reveal that (1).Online relationship quality has positive impacts on user's continuance intention. (2).Experience value has positive impacts on user's continuance intention. (3).Relation bonds has positive impacts on experience value. (4).Relation bonds have positive impacts on both online relationship quality and experience value. (5).SEMs has positive impacts on online relationship quality.
