Converters with high step-up conversion are suitable for a small solar power system. Compared with the conventional converters, the proposed converter has the advantage of high output voltage at low duty cycle. This paper first analyzes the operation of high step-up conversion and the proposed converter is simulated by Matlab/Simulink and Pspice. Then, an implemented circuit is used to verify the feasibility of the proposed converter.
