Abstract
The purpose of this research is to build up an assessment method which is appropriate for the maintenance of Suspension bridge. The method of this research is by means of adjusting some items in D.E.R&U to build up the maintenance assessment of suspension bridge.
In conclusion of this research, we found out that the evaluation result may be more precise if the load test can be executed.
This research conclusion can be regarded as a practice reference of the maintenance assessment of Suspension bridge; and the author hope the evaluation method can be added in “Taiwan area bridge management system“.
