Proper slope, 3. Plenty of water and so on. And these three factors and are subject to terrain (Terrain), the impact of Geology (Geology) and other factors as well as the original earthquake, storm (Rainstorm) extrinsic incentives, because Taiwan is the island country, the special geographical location and is located in the western Pacific typhoon and earthquake belt region since ancient times typhoons, earthquakes frequently made, for the people and a serious threat to life and property losses. In this study, compile the relevant domestic and foreign literature mudslides, and were through the "literature review", "case study" and "comparative analysis", etc., to explore the factors affecting the occurrence of landslides and related cases described by understanding its effectiveness, in order to establish induction Debris Flow disaster Prevention and Relief of the key factors. The results show that: (1) through a combination of pre-treatment and after treatment technology, can effectively understand and reflect the occurrence of landslides actual situation and informed of the occurrence of landslides and damage degree range, and further understand the importance of the relationship between the various influencing factors. (2) Based on previous literature debris flow occurred mainly in the geological and topographical factors, supplemented by hydrological factors, human factors or other factors to consider, such as size and mudslides occurred related to disaster prevention and rescue as a judgment factor.(3)Cases of disaster prevention from domestic and overseas to explore, we can see domestic and foreign manpower needed for disaster response, equipment capacity is still insufficient, and the links between the various organs of horizontal communication is not smooth, resulting in insufficient grasp of the district disaster transparent.
