Micro-flow pump has many advantages, including the size of the device can be miniaturized, low cost, easy to carry and can accurately control the flow. The biochip is regarded as the post-genome era is an important tool to interpret gene sequences. Microfluidic biochips are of great importance. The microfluidic chip also known as "Lab on a Chip." The fluid may comprise a liquid and a gas micro-complex, precise operation, such as chemical reaction,micro mixing and separation of fluids, etc. microanalysis.Microchip can play a unique role in screening rare cells, RNA was extracted and purified information, gene sequencing, single cell analysis, protein crystallization. The main characteristics of having a high analysis speed, reducing the amount of reagents used, sensitivity, accuracy and reliability. In recent years, many researchers have been into the design and preparation of the micro-flow pump, and therefore, in various forms-driven pump fluid methods is another successful development.In many ways, the piezoelectric material as a method of driving the pump device, the method most often used. But micro-flow pump, although the piezoelectric material is easy to manufacture, however, they are designed for micro-flow pump, the actuator will produce factors weary because the material back and forth several times, unable to work for the transport of long fluid . Electrolytic decline this research design flow pump, using of electrochemical system control. The electrochemical system includes a tunable industrial power supply, the current control system, drive the chemical reaction of platinum titanium mesh. With this electrochemical system that can accurately control the delivery of the current size.
