碩士 === 國立高雄應用科技大學 === 文化創意產業系 === 104 === The research mainly focuses on stimulating creative community, taking Fantasystory Green Ray in Taichung city and Zhengxing Street in Tainan city as examples in hope of understanding the process of developing creative community. Through examining the two cases in two different cities, the research analyzes the challenges confronted. The study discovers that the key factors to develop creative community are the collaboration of community organizations and creative class. The cases in Taichung and Tainan use different approaches. The former is connected by company with systematic operation that brings different units together; the latter activates and connects community through street stores that form into unofficial amoeba organization. The challenges they both encounter are limitations of neighboring environment and critical mass, as well as gentrification.
