Moreover, with the rapid growth and development of the media, we often are awarded the "occupational hazards", "occupational diseases" and so on the phrases.. These hazards may be caused by working environment factors, unnatural, repetitive work posture factors, or have some connections of insufficient rest factors and else. The musculoskeletal damages reduce the labors working efficiency, bad life quality and cause spending a large amount of medical resources. For corporations, if the occupational hazards happened, it would cause not only the aforementioned loss but the harmful of the corporate image which built in long-term. This research analyzes labor’s work postures base on Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA). A database will be built by the dynamic tool “Microsoft Kinect” to record and analyze the labor's work posture. It can support to determine working posture and determine the risk level, and generate the statistics reports. The result shows there are over 70% engineers of the Information Department in P Corporation belong to the risk level AL3. Moreover, partial of this group engineers even belong to the risk level AL4. In this research, if the object’s risk levels AL3 and AL4 indexes are over 50% which means who need to improve his workplace etc. immediately, the object will be provided to the enterprise supervisor. This results can provide the enterprise supervisor not only to discover whether the worker ergonomics hazards exist but also to reference the analysis to make decision.
