Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄應用科技大學 === 化學工程與材料工程系碩士在職專班 === 104 === The purpose of this study is to make a low-cost quartz microbalance by using OPA based circuit with a high efficiency. First, the photosensitive and transparent printed circuit board was fabricated with Pad2Pad software, and then the print circuit board was obtain with a serial of exposure,development, and etching. Finally the ICS,and electronic components were welded manually to complete the PCB. A unpacked 3.579545 M Hz AT-cut quartz crystal oscillator sewers as a tester.The test media of the quartz crystal microbalance was distilled water with different volume.The mass gain of the quartz crystal microbalance was measured by a frequency counter with the frequency shift. This study has successfully produce a low-cost quartz microbalance using OPA based electronic components.
