According to this reason, the developers of the industrial product design are not only having to face and been enforced to change their ideas on rechecking the product life cycle, but improving the design as following the rule of environment-friendly. Therefore, promoting green energy and environment protection process industry by the change of materials and procedure can be a modern concept for manufactures; based on this trend, now a new environmental decoration technology which is about decorated surface skill (knowhow) has replaced the traditional decoration technology gradually. Following the requirement of consumers of product outline and appearance, it seems to be changed from the visual experience to the touching experience; beside this, enhance of surface lines, texture, bright, leather are also emphasized, then becomes a select item. A product describes by above methods or factors could help designers rethinking how to give a touching experience to consumers, so the IMD(In mold decoration) skill (knowhow) has put the focus on the design of surface lines for increase the touching experience, that is able to show out a unique appearance texture or create a multiple colorful bright. Recent years, the industries hope to develop the IMD, but still survive some bottleneck about non-applicability, mold injection and film coating limitation which are not be solved easily. As a consequence, another skill called OMD (Out mold decoration) has been developed in the Asian-pacific, this skill is straightener on the environment protect, cost, surface lines design and so on, and gotten more attention by industries. So this research will consult the wear resistance consumption life of new environment protection process to against the weakness of IMR CRA 200 cycles limitation. This research is based on the ultrasonic theory to analysis the decorative film of OMD, realizing the specification of wear resistance consumption and advantage of surface lines design; meanwhile, also knowing the core competitive straighten by the basic material and surface lines rules, and looking for the key and successful policy for future development.Finally, expecting to point out the OMD future technology on positioning the new design skill and trend by this research, raising the straighten of skill and administration for industries whit decorative film and surface lines design from ID designer.
