In this study, the surface of defect phenomena plastic products because of the poor design of the missing caused by analysis and discussion methods of problem solving type QC STORY processes for the frame, induction set can resolve the problem of the process and effective mechanisms to improve, to find the key factor in the failure and effective. Via the new QC 7 of " Affinity Diagram" using of quality analysis, from the chaos of the unknown state of information collected through the mutually exclusive nature of the classification and circumspect, the problem of the clear solution to the problem display. After parsing the definition of a clear defect phenomena through QC STORY, using PDCA cycle to improve the course to improve the entire process of planning and effective implementation and to verification. Plastic molding injection process will cause adverse events and Strategy, a clear definition of a molded defect factors to be explored and to find more effective responses. CAE mold-flow analysis will be used in the course of the study to show the defect on injection machine produced during defect problem show again after verification, to ensure that the entire process of analysis to improve performance.
