碩士 === 高苑科技大學 === 經營管理研究所 === 104 === The purpose of this research was to investigate the relationships between Transformational Leadership and Organizational Citizenship Behavior on Teaching Effectiveness of senior high school military training instructors. There were 286 Kaohsiung City vocational high school Military Training Instructors participated in this study. The instrument used in this research was a scale based measurement questionnaire to collect data for this study. Moreover, these data were analyzed in quantitative methods which include Descriptive Statistics, Dependent Sample Analysis of Variance, Pearson Product Moment Correlation Analysis, Multivariate Analysis of Variance, Confirmatory Factor Analysis and Structural Equation Modeling. Following were the finding of this research: 1.Leadership styles of a high school vocational military training instructor discussed in this research include Transformational Leadership is a four-dimension measurement, and Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Teaching Effectiveness are five-dimension measurements. 2.According to the data analysis, there were significant differences in the Vocational High School Military Training Instructors’ results of Transformational Leadership, Organizational Citizenship Behavior and teaching effectiveness. Moreover the results of these performances were above average. 3.According to the data analysis, there were no significant differences between the Vocational High School Military Training Instructors’ personal background and results of Transformational Leadership and Teaching Effectiveness. 4.According to the data analysis, there were positive correlation in the Vocational High School Military Training Instructors’ results of Transformational leadership, Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Teaching Effectiveness. 5.Job positions of the Vocational High School Military Training Instructors can affect the job performance of Organizational Citizenship Behavior. It was hope that the results of this research can provide some suggestions for the government organization to improve the training efficiency and enhancing teaching ability of the Vocational High School Military Training Instructors as well as further studies.
