The study tests the impact of each factor to cosumer attitude as well as the impact of Social influence toward dependency. This study was a descriptive research and use quantitative data collection method. The target population is people in Ho Chi Minh City. Questionnaire survey was used and 366 sets of questionnaires were distributed to respondents and being analyzed by using SPSS ((Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) to test hypotheses.
