Summary:碩士 === 龍華科技大學 === 電機工程系碩士班 === 104 === This thesis proposes new modified Gaussian bare-bones differential evolution (MGBDE) algorithm, including a new hybridization of mutation strategy, a mutation strategy adaptation mechanism and self-adaptive mutation factor strategy, to enhance the search performance, preserve the diversity of the population and prevent the premature convergence of differential evolution (DE) algorithm. This thesis also applies the proposed to new MGBDE algorithm to optimize proportional-integral-derivative (PID) controllers of a quadrotor system. The simulation results show that new MGBDE algorithm is better than the other evolution algorithms in terms of accuracy reliability and efficiency.
