Use the registering actual prices of property transactions batch database, collect the Changhua County housing transaction records and be cleaned from April 2014 to March 2015,we have a total of 4350 samples. The results found that the average price per ping 122,600 NT dollars in Changhua County, of which up to 142,800 NT dollars in Yuanlin, while minimum 41,700 NT dollars in Dacheng. Price per ping due to building type, district, location, zoning, housing age of the house produced significant differences. The main factors affecting the housing price in order, is building area, land area, housing age, district, urban and non-urban use, the number of bathroom, location, the number of bedroom, the number of living room number, building materials, parking spaces, compartment.
