The purpose of recruitment for civil servants is to utilize their expertise and help attaining military goals. Therefore, based on relevant theories in the area of organizational behavior, this study aims to explore the factors that influence logistics operators’ job involvement, job satisfaction and turnover intention. The empirical results in this study are shown as follows: 1. The perception of job involvement is significant positive impact on job satisfaction, and significant negative impact on turnover intention. 2. The higher job satisfaction the lower turnover intention. Finally, based on results this study provides suggestions for the military organizations. Implications for academics and practitioners are also discussed in detail.
