Because 3D virtual campus appeared, users can have more vivid and lifelike user experience. This study combines Kinect for Windows v2 SDK, Cesium and HTML5 to develop a 3D virtual campus touring system which is based on Natural User Interface and using Motion Capture. The system contains natural user interface module and 3D visualization module. Through the system can provide different view to guests, students and teachers when they tour in 3D virtual campus, and they can use simple gestures to control the system.
