Summary: | 碩士 === 銘傳大學 === 國際企業學系碩士在職專班 === 104 === The purpose of this research is to explore the relationship among business ethic education, the workplace ethics and work values on senior vocational students. Initially, the designed questionnaires were delivered to vocational students, which were collected by simple sampling, in Taipei City and Taichung City. The 491 questionnaires were distributed, and 490 returned, the effective returned ratio was 99.8%. The collected data were conducted through descriptive statistics, independent sample t test, one-way ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis.
The findings were as follows: vocational students were moderate high identified with business ethics education, and there were partially significant differences between grades, mother’s education in the identification of business ethics education; vocational students were moderate high identified with workplace ethics, and there were partially significant differences between grades, father’s education in the identification of workplace ethics; vocational students were high identified with work values, and there were partially significant differences between sexes, grades in the identification of work values; the variables of business ethics education were positively affected to workplace ethics; the variables of business ethics education were positively affected to work values; the variables of work values were positively affected to workplace ethics; work values were partially played mediation effect between the variables of business ethics education and the variables of workplace ethics.
