Various studies have shown that the level of emotional intelligence, not only affects the physical and mental health, they also affect performance. In recent years, occupational stress and burnout of teachers, a growing concern. Different scholars study showed that teachers can be seen as the high pressure groups. However, little discussion on teacher the teaching behavior of the external environment knowledge or belief, in emotional intelligence for elementary school teachers, occupational stress and burnout as the relationship between research, motivation is raised. This study aims to explore the New Taipei City elementary school teacher's emotional intelligence, occupational stress and occupational Burnout status of understanding the emotional intelligence of teachers from different backgrounds, occupational stress and occupational Burnout of perceptions of differences, and to further explore the relevance of the three, the conclusion is that the results, specific recommendations, with a view to providing reference to educational institutions, teachers and future research. In this study, New Taipei City elementary school teachers as the main object of study using questionnaires, with "emotional intelligence questionnaire", "occupational stress questionnaire" and “occupational Burnout questionnaire” as a research tool, picking random samples total questionnaires 290. Statistical analysis: descriptive statistics, Independent-Sample T Test and One-way analysis of variance to check, then Scheffe's method for after comparing, Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient, Multiple Regression Analysis class of Hierarchical Regression Analysis. Data analysis, draw the following conclusions: 1.New Taipei City elementary school teachers between occupational stress and occupational burnout have significant positive effects.Higher occupational stress and occupational burnout is also higher. 2.New Taipei City elementary teachers between emotional intelligence and occupational stress has significant negative effects. Higher emotional intelligence and occupational stress is lower. 3.New Taipei City elementary teachers between emotional intelligence and occupational burnout has significant negative effects. Higher emotional intelligence, occupational burnout is lower. Finally, make specific recommendations based on the conclusions, the education authorities, schools, teachers and future reference.
