Summary:碩士 === 銘傳大學 === 教育研究所碩士在職專班 === 104 === The purpose of this study is to explore elementary school teachers of Taoyuan City through face-to-face, paper contact book, telephone and social media (Facebook and LINE) to communicate with parents, and to compare their communication self-efficacy and communication satisfaction. This study used convenientce sampling method to gather data. The data were descriptive statistics, independent samples t- test , one-way analysis of variance and correlation analysis for statistical analysis. The main conclusions of this study are as follows: 1.The elementary school teachers scored over average on parent-teacher communication self-efficacy and communication satisfaction through four kinds of communication medium. 2.The elementary school teachers’ parent-teacher communication self-efficacy are significantly correlated to communication satisfaction. 3.The results show the significant differences in parent-teacher communication self-efficacy and communication satisfaction of four different ways. The highest score is face-to-face, the second is telephone , followed by paper contact book and the lowest score is social media. 4.Teachers’ parent-teacher communication self-efficacy and communication satisfaction by using telephone were influenced by frequence of internet use.
