This study suggests that the conditions on today aviation is concerned, of Taiwan's overall aviation environment is indeed there are many external background factors such as consumer and aviation operations can expect challenges, which are not conducive to the development of low-cost aviation. Expect traffic administrations traditional airlines and low-cost airline business strategy and regulations, demand management practices sightseeing, guests of the equity component, but to protect the rights of travelers, there are doubts about the deficiencies in the light of experience of foreign countries, giving Taiwan's traditional nationality airline industry to absorb new business mode innovative practices and requested the airline industry focus on consumer protection, is the success of the business channel experience, recommendations for government policy and strengthen the airline industry reference for improvement.
