Summary:碩士 === 銘傳大學 === 觀光事業學系碩士在職專班 === 104 === This study focused on the relationship among organizational career management, self-direct learning, career self-efficacy and job performance-an example of rotary cooperative education students of F&B department in vocational high school. This study conducted the distribution of questionnaire to the students of Ten vocational high schools from March 2015 to April 2015. In this study, a convenient sample was used to collect a total of 498 valid questionnaires for further analysis. The data was analyzed with descriptive analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis. The results of the empirical findings showed that organizational career management had a significant impact on career self-efficacy; self-direct learning had a positive relationship with career self-efficacy; and career self-efficacy also has the positive effect on job performance. The employee career development dimension of organizational career management affects the "self-appraisal", "gathering information", "goal selection", "goal selection", "making plans" and "problem solving" dimensions of the career self-efficacy. The career management policies dimension affects the career self-efficacy’s "self-appraisal", "goal selection", "goal selection", "making plans" and "problem solving" dimensions. "Self control" and "self management" dimensions of self-direct learning affects the "self-appraisal", "gathering information", "goal selection", "goal selection", "making plans" and "problem solving" dimensions of career self-efficacy. The dimensions of "self-appraisal", "gathering information", "goal selection", "making plans" and "problem solving" showed significantly impact on the job performance. Finally, this study provided managerial implication and indicated the limitation of the study and future research.
