Summary:碩士 === 明道大學 === 材料與能源工程學系碩士班 === 104 === In this study, we used microwave-assisted hydrothermal method synthesized MnO2 nanostructure for using in supercapacitor. Recently, previous studies show that reversibly redox reaction between the metal oxide electrode material is applied to the supercapacitor and increased the capacitance value. Due to ruthenium metal is precious metals and toxicity, among other factors difficult to obtain raw materials. Thus using manganese dioxide as the electrode material and nano materials obtained from experimental nano manganese dioxide supercapacitor material analysis are performed on XRD, SEM, BET and other equipment, to select the best of the parameters such as specific surface area, manganese dioxide crystal samples were equal assembled and supercapacitor capacitance value is measured by cyclic voltammetry.
