The researcher hoped to find out case behavior problems through the functional evaluation method, and to devise positive behavior support plan according to the case to reduce the occurrence of individual problems and to improve the learning performance of this case. This study used the across subject design of a single-subject research designs. The implementation process included baseline, intervention period, maintenance period of three stages. The researcher analyzed the data by using visual analysis, investigated change situation between behavior problems of the case and positive behavior, and understood the effective of positive behavior support plans to improve the problem of the case. The results were follows: using the functional evaluation method could find out subjects with behavior problems. Implementing positive behavior support plan could not only increased subjects with positive behavior , effectively reduced the behavioral problems but also enhanced the subjects' self-management ability and learning ability, enhanced the interpersonal relationship with the other students. The researcher showed the following suggestions: the improvement of behavioral problems required long-term follow-up and patient counseling. However, this research was limited to the classroom and wasn’t used in other environments. Therefore, if we could use the across- situation experimental design, expand this plan to a family or other environment, let parents and researchers actively participate in the follow-up to understand the maintenance effect of individual cases in different situations and the types of situation, this plan would a greater performance.
