Among all mentioned aspects, human resource management is the first factor and the most important, because employees will determine the success or failure of any and all plans and strategies of the Bank as well. Recognizing the importance of the role of human, today most of the banks have spent more time in order to renew the organization, improve the working environment for the Bank can attract talent to do work for them. Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – South Hanoi Branch (BIDV Nam Ha Noi) - is a Commercial Bank has always considered the creation of the profile, keep the labor force is the first priority of all plans and strategies and qus throughout the formation and development. The leaders of the Bank were actually expected to own a stable workforce and loyal, and all the staff work hard, work efficiently, working with enthusiasm, creativity and autonomy, have heart, have talent. Should the entire leadership team has focused to enhance work motivation for employees. After reviewing some relevant theories of employee motivation, the researchers studied the first elements found can help create motivated staff then conducted the survey at work, in particular pointing out factors affecting the Bank. Motivation of staff. Finally, the study contribute some solutions to further enhance the Bank in enhancing and motivational work for the Bank staff.
