To support these research objectives, quantitative research method is deployed with primary data collected from survey of questionnaire with 100 employees of the bank. Results indicate that chosen factors can explain for 38.3% of changes in employees’ satisfaction at BIDV Southern Hanoi. Working space takes the highest influence on employees’ satisfaction. However, there are some factors that come up with insignificant unstandardized coefficients, namely working space, working light, fixed salary and bonus, tangible and intangible rewards and fixed benefits, and skill and job position-based pay system. Among the significant factors, working air has the highest impact to employees’ satisfaction in comparison with working layout, working noise, and working air.
