Through literature review, there are some factors that have been selected, including Organization recognition, Policies of training and development, Salary, and Job stability. Through literature review, there are some factors that have been selected, including Organization recognition, Policies of training and development, Salary, and Job stability. Table above shows that independent factors (Organization recognition, Policies of training and development, Salary, and Job stability) can explain for 42.3% of changes in employees motivation at Viettel IT. This explanation is also statistical significant with F-Test is equal to 57.919 and Sig. = 0 less than 0.05. Among these factors, job stability has highest standardized coefficient, meaning that this factor has greatest influence on employees motivation at Viettel IT.
