Table above shows that independent factors (Organization recognition, Policies of training and development, Salary, and Job stability) can explain for 42.3% of changes in employees motivation at Viettel IT. This explanation is also statistical significant with F-Test is equal to 57.919 and Sig. = 0 less than 0.05. Among these factors, job stability has highest standardized coefficient, meaning that this factor has greatest influence on employees motivation at Viettel IT.
