But in the process of telecommunications industry merging, problems may be encountered. As a result, this study aimed to investigate problems and ways to solve problems of a case after its organizational change. This study used literature analysis and depth interview to "a telecommunications industry" as the case of the study, purposive sampling to select two interviewees was used. Furthermore, the researcher asked three experts to establish validity of interview outline. The researcher used "Thematic Analysis" to analyze raw data. And two analysts independently read the qualitative data and developed coding schemes. Two more approaches of data triangulation and methodological triangulation were also adopted. According to the results of the computed formula, the subthemes coding reliability of the two coders was 0.922; the subtopics coding reliability of the two coders was 0.874, indicating that all the coding reliabilities classification were sound. The results of this case study were as follows: 1.This case study showed that the overall current situation of this company was good. The organizational competition by merging companies had been improved. 2.The performance of the organizational change had the following results: "key balanced power", "perfect cooperation", "excellent achievement","practice of social responsibility". 3.The key factors leading to the success of organizational change were "integration of personnel", "reconstruction of the organizational culture". 4.Ways solving personnel integration problems had "full communication", "construction of a common vision", "education and training", "improvement of a reward system in assessment", "feedback mechanisms". 5.Ways to reform organizational culture problems included "leadership decision", "full authority", and "incentive assembly to set up culture and core value", "common behavior ". Finally, the conclusions and recommendations were proposed as reference for the industry and future studies.
