The questionnares have been composed and surveyed by all the employee of Aswig Solutions.collected data will be performed carefully to get the best result. Aswig Solutions is a IT company managed by foreigner. The main activities are developing software, IT infrastructure management and technical support as well as graphic design, accounting and finance solutions. This research used quantitative methods, using questionnaires to interview and use the SPSS application to analyze the results. Base on the result from research, there are 7 factors that effect directly to the employee satisfaction in Aswig Solutions : Working Environment, Pay, Coworker, Job Training, Employee Empowerment, Benefit, Work. One, pay, the manager should have the comprehensive and objective look around the salary of all employees in company. Second, coworker, to build up good relationship with coworker, the employee need to be committed to working long with coworker, to help and respecting them including those who have even the lowest position at the company on the basis sincere relationships. Third, working environment, company try to give them quite space, comfortable, airy and clean, they will feel less stressful, more comfortable and metal performance. Four, benefit, if company can provides the best benefits to employee, they will provide many paybacks to company’s business. Fifth, employee empowerment, supervisor need to understand the characteristic and needs of each employee to have the best responses and decision . Six, job training, company should provide advancement opportunitites for employee to encourage them to work hard and allow employee to attend the training course, seminars to strengthen their own profession, and aslo care to the group of age for each above factors to give appropriate decisions The higher satisfy on those factor the higher productivity of employee so the manager of company can understand and pay more attention on those factors to meet and satisfy the need of all employees in Aswig Solutions According to the regression equation of research shows employee satisfaction have linear relation with all the factors and the factor has the most impact to employee satisfaction in Aswig Solution is Salary. The second one is the relationship with co-worker. The more satisfaction with those factors the more satisfaction of employee with company. This research analysed the employee satisfaction in Aswig Solutions company only, therefore the result was limited in small group and covered only a specific number of employee.
