碩士 === 明新科技大學 === 工業工程與管理系碩士班 === 105 === To get global competitive advantage, the most applied tools and strategies are Lean Management and Enterprise Resource Planning Systems in today’s business environment. Though ERP has been viewed as a basic application and implemented broadly in recent years, we suggest that the concepts, methods and tools of Lean management can be used to enhance the effectiveness of ERP system. This research analyzes typical lean concepts and transfers the conceptual definitions into operational definitions that will be used to construct an ANP model. This ANP model can be used to find the importance of lean applications in improving the performance of ERP system. The results of this study display that: the implementation the “Just-In-Time” and “Process stability” principles of Lean Management can enhance the performance of ERP system. Therefore, this study recommends that enterprise can improve the efficiency of enterprise resource planning system through adopting the principles and tools of Lean Management.
