In this study, plant and create friction with the owners, and even cause the two sides broke up, the owners suspect that builders overstated the cost, to create a commercial center construction finally unable to obtain the balance due. Although multiparty past research, and solutions, but most could not reach the perfect result. This study is the result, the company encountered problems I refer Taoyuan District Court verdict, sorting out some of the industry tend to ignore the problem, to be reminded.
