Summary: | 碩士 === 明新科技大學 === 電機工程系碩士在職專班 === 104 === The theme of this thesis is to study the feasibility of realizing an intelligent home system by combining Bluetooth modules with microcontrollers. To this end, we first survey the principle of wireless communication based on Bluetooth modules and the principle of microcontrollers. Then, we integrate them together and apply them to a home appliance, dehumidifier. The resulting system apparently shows that it is feasible to use a smartphone or a tablet PC to serve as the main control interface to transfer commands and data to/from the microcontroller system embedded in the home appliance via the Bluetooth module on both sides, thereby controlling the activities and monitoring the operation status of the dehumidifier in real time.
