Major chemical process was carbon rich material and biomass converted into gaseous fuel. The study is co-gasification in the bubble fluidized bed, then carries on factor of the co-gasification. In the experiment uses palm shell as woody biomass fuels, the coal accomplish carbonaceous Co-gasification fuel. The primarily influential factor is gasification temperature、Equivalence Ratio (ER ratio) 、Co-gasification mixing ratio and the content of steam, the syngas composition influence which the response produces. From experimental, use coal and biomass, carbon dioxide will rise by increasing temperature, dropping by increasing ER; besides, hydrogen will drop by enhancing ER value. Carbon dioxide will rise by co-gasification mixing ratio, so hydrogen will drop by enhancing co-gasification mixing ratio from state of co-gasification. This study obtains better condition is gasified temperature is 700℃, and ER value is 0.2; We can obtain more syngas and lower carbon dioxide by using coal and biomass; Co-gasification can get more carbon dioxide and lower syngas. Adding steam-air gasification can obtain syngas and gasification resemble, however adding steam can obtain more hydrogen than gasification.
