We analysis the existing office building in this case , the results display painting insulation paint on external side and roof with the highest economic benefits. Its reduces the overall effectiveness of the total electricity consumption 12%, benefits are not obvious cause the main source of its own thermal emission is still affecting the total electricity consumption.
