| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立中興大學 === 法律學系碩士在職專班 === 104 === The purpose of this study is to present the situation labor face and to demonstrate the evolution of the labor law. The main method is to make reflection and comparison on labor phenomenon through comparing the labor literatures with existing labor laws.The first chapter is an introduction, including research motive, research method and paper review.
The second chapter is to demonstrate Ching-chu Yang’s representative in development and inheritance of modern labor literatures since Japanese Colonial Period in Taiwan.
Starting from the third chapter, this study is to analyze the labor phenomenon in "Factories Person" Novel Series of Ching-chu Yang. After summarizing and reflecting on the relevant information from labor law, the content is divided into three major subjects, including “self-awareness and dignity of labor”, “labor wages and benefits”, and “labor unions operation”, which are under discussion from the third chapter to the fifth chapter.
The third chapter discusses the topic about “self-awareness and dignity of labor” in "Factories Person" Novel Series , including three subtopics "class differences and human dignity", "women''s status and self-identifications".The forth chapter illustrates the relative works about “labor wages and benefits” theme, and is divided into "work evaluation and treatment", "casual employees", "occupational safety and health".The fifth chapter discusses related work " labor unions operation” inclusive of "the influence of external forces to labor unions operation", and" political strategy and working conditions ".
The sixth chapter summarizes the aforementioned study and stating personal opinions: The "Factories Person" Novel Series of Ching-chu Yang, show common questions aimed to labor class, such as self-awareness, development of dignity, external treatment and pay, promotion, institutional issues, as well as issue concerning controversy and cooperation between labor and capital. These contents can understand how labor’s expectations of labor regulations wish to amend existing law, and become the reference to compare concepts about Labor Law Course.
