However, it will spend a lot of costs. In order to reduce development costs that we can be use of CAE technology. Although this technology has matured, but the companies have not effectively useful this technology. In this paper combines ANSYS with RecurDyn and control systems to construct the digital model of feed drive system. This model can be effective analysis moving path and the forces from platform. This paper integrates CAE technology. First constructs the ANSYS finite element model from percussion test with a machine tool, then constructs the dynamic model with RecurDyn and combines with control loop model. Through the finite element model’s frequency error has about 1% to 2%. The single axial current close loop has be useful to show the trend for friction effect. The single axial close loop has show the trend feed drive’s max acceleration within 5%. Through the circular test cans be useful to show the trend for the peak. This digital model system is feasible and it has development in the future. Because we can understand this machine’s sports and the forces, and developed machines that can effectively reduce the development costs.
