Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立中興大學 === 電機工程學系所 === 104 === In this research, we propose a Field Oriented Control (FOC) method for controlling Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM). We adopt the digital control board DM330023-2 produced by Microchip to implement the control law. DSPIC control chip of DM330023-2 equipped with DSPIC33EP256MC506. This chip possesses high operational capability and 256MB RAM which can deal with complicated operations in real time. The structure of the FOC depends on the Chapter AN1078. Because of the acceptable working voltage is limited to 24V for DM330023-2, it is too low to be applicable to the motor in our research. As a result, we propose six PWM digital signal outputs of DM330023-2 to a self-design tri-bridge circuit. It makes the PMSM workable up to DC 50V or even higher. The differential amplifiers are used to read the currents i_a , i_b and i_c in estimate the angel of the back EMF while the PMSM working. Preliminary experimental results show satisfactory performance of the design.
