Since 2012, almost all forms of economics have been surrounded with the topic-- online shopping.Especiallysince 2014 or 2015, the operation conditions of brick and mortar stores have been declining. Topics for future development of retail business such as the Internet, O2O are springing up like mushrooms.Industries like designing, and engineering, which seem very traditional, are actually influenced by the trend, thus having an impact on companies’ revenue. Facing the influence of the wave, companiesrethink how to make adjusting tofuture forms for companies. In order to survive among theenterprises,this study will start from the core competence of the corporation, and then make further discussions step by step with a view to enhancing the core competence of the company, and to offering the precise directions for future development. Price, profession, speed of the reaction, and the integrality of the enterprise are the four factors comprising this study. In the study, I adopt the sample survey method and got sixty-seven valid questionnaires through sample surveying in the five districts in the East China, North China, South China, Central China, and North-East China by summarizing the most valuable twenty-two services of the engineering company in order to understand the customers’ satisfactions and to obtain the missing information items. Also, based on the management opportunities grid, we can probe into and discuss the directions for future improvement of the corporation step by step.
