But lack of ability to respond to changing market conditions and the financial transparency of SMEs, cause an increased risk of bank credit. It is insufficiency that bank credit assessments are mostly static analysis of financial statements and credit 5P. The study is based on credit 5P and Due Diligence to discusse the bank’s status of SMEs credit assessments. With reference and analyze relevant literature, further designs the interview question, Through interviews with experts to draw the conclusion. Proposed as a follow-up of the bank to improve credit processes and reduce credit risks. 1.The bank should maintain stability SMEs credit policy and improve the flow of credit and heritage experience, and to expand credit business safely and quickly. 2.SMEs and majority shareholder should own real estate, avoid to credit SMEs with bad credit history. Guarantor should pay debt of credit card in full. Guarantor should not have credit card cash advance. 3.The bank should understand borrower use of funds, analysis of its receivables and payment terms and inventory to calculate reasonable working capital needs. 4.Repayment source of credit to SMEs with the best self-liquidating financing. Understand the sales customers of payment performance capabilities and analysis of monthly cash surplus are sufficient to repay the loan. 5.The bank should pay attention to the integrity and hedging of the collateral.Transfer credit to the SME Credit Guarantee Fund to improve safety of claims, and the qualified guarantors are necessary. 6.Enterprises operating in a growth stage is appropriate. To avoid the poor industrial environment or overall production capacity is much larger than the supply demand. 7.Interviewees should be responsible owner and chief financial officer.
