The market of plant protection industry is always in the fierce competition, S company how to choose an effective growth strategies and business model under its own criteria and effective implementation which would be the main purpose of this paper. Refer to growth strategies of the other plant protection industries, literature review and PEST analysis of plant protection industry as market research tools, we know the market of plant protection industry is still continuing to grow, but when S company face the great advantages of multinational companies, including R & D capabilities, financial strength and also strong production capacity of Chinese plant protection industries, in view of these plant protection industry business growth strategy analysis found that all use of its advantages continues to expand its business territory, so the S companies want to sustained growth in this plant protection industry. S company must develop its growth strategy. However, taking into account the company''s existing finance, human resource and technology, S company how to improve operational performance and select the right growing stratgy will be taken to explore in this paper.
