Although the EU efforts to create of a Common European Asylum System; however, the responsibility for refugee protection throughout the EU extremely inequality, only few Member States take most of the responsibility of international protection. This study is divided into three parts. First, asylum policy of EU. Second, asylum policy of UK, and third, how EU response to the dramatic Mediterranean crisis. The study found that, on one hand, EU''s asylum policy is gradually getting closer to the protection of human rights, on the other hand, UK''s asylum policy is getting closer to the management of asylum-seekers, and the UK intends to strength its territory security through stricter border-control .
