碩士 === 國立中興大學 === 生物產業管理研究所 === 104 === In recent years, social enterprises have become one of the directions of Taiwanese non-profit organization transformation, and related academic research on social enterprise is also increasing. However, the social entrepreneurs themselves are lack of related research and of little research interest. Agricultural social enterprises have become the mainstream in Taiwan, so this study was to investigate agricultural social entrepreneurs’ entrepreneurial self-efficacy and their entrepreneurial motivation. As the literature of the agricultural social entrepreneurs has not yet been fully developed, research on the relationship between entrepreneurial motivation and entrepreneurial self-efficacy remains to be clarified. In this study, we used questionnaire survey to explore and analyze social entrepreneurs in agriculture on the relationship between the entrepreneurial motivation and entrepreneurial self-efficacy. The study results showed entrepreneurial self-efficacy and motivation have a significant positive correlation, and entrepreneurial self-efficacy also has a significant positive effect on entrepreneurial motivation. In the practical application, this study hopes to explain the structure of agricultural social entrepreneurs'' mindset in terms of their entrepreneurial motivation and entrepreneurial self-efficacy. Implications for the entrepreneurs in agricultural sector or those who want to work in agriculture social enterprises were provided, with the support of research findings of this study.
