The recov-ered ZrP powder was exfoliated with a commercial monoamine inter-calating agent (Jeffamine M1000). Then polyurethane-inorganics hy-brids films were prepared by adding zirconium phosphate (ZrP) 3MZrP and 12MZrP content. The purpose is to investigate the barrier property, Anti-corrosion of property for the changes of PU composition. In this study, the size of 3MZrP was 100 - 200 nm. The size of 12MZrP was 400 - 600 nm. So we used the different aspect ratio ZrP to improve the anti-corrosion and moisture barrier properties in PU. PU-3MZrP and PU-12MZrP nanocomposites was synthesized via in situ polymerization. Compared with pristine PU, the water vapor transmission rate of PU-3MZrP-5 wt% decrease 60.43%. From 193.85 g/m2-day to 76.70 g/m2-day. And the PU-12MZrP-5wt% decrease 56.55%. From 193.85 g/m2-day to 84.15 g/m2-day. This study was improved water vapor transmission rate successfully. In electrochem-ical corrosion measurements of PU-3MZrP and PU-12MZrP nano-composites. The CRS coated with PU-3MZrP-5 wt% and PU-12MZrP-5 wt% show the best anticorrosion than those coated with pure PU and uncoated CRS. Compared with dispersed and modified nanocomposites. 3MZrP was better than 12MZrP.
