| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立勤益科技大學 === 企業管理系 === 104 === The purpose of this thesis is to delve the relation between Social Support, Cultural Intelligence and Overseas Life Satisfaction. In recent years, higher education institutions in Taiwan confronted decrease of enrollment rate. Therefore, higher education institutions in Taiwan recruit foreign students actively, but the research about life satisfaction of foreign students in Taiwan has rarely investigated. However, comprehend the demand and higher education institution satisfaction could help these higher education institutions make the recruit policy.
This thesis used convenience sampling to dispatch questionnaire to foreign students who had studied in Taiwan over one month, and recovered 202 valid questionnaires. Through the literature review and empirical research, we found out there were obvious positive relationship between Social Support and Cultural Intelligence, Cultural Intelligence and Overseas Life Satisfaction, Social Support and Overseas Life Satisfaction. In addition, Cultural Intelligence has mediated effect between Social Support and Overseas Life Satisfaction. Therefore, raising Cultural Intelligence can be raised the Overseas Life Satisfaction effectively.
