The main member Internet of Things has already become an indispensable partner in our life. In the IoT environment, Wireless Sensor Network plays an important role. Our research analyzes the main communication models of Internet of Things’ Wireless Sensor Network through functional conformity and classification consideration, and then summarizes into two basic models. The first model is most generalized network environment that users connect directly to the authentication server. In some issue, users only connect to specified devices instead of a server, therefore we design another model for directly connecting to devices. The integrated security authentication schemes are also given in our research. After the final security analysis, we prove that our schemes can resist replay, privileged insider, stolen verifier, stolen smart card and smart card breach, impersonation, and offline password guessing attacks. Our proposed schemes also provide user anonymity and retain the communication efficiency. Finally, the proposed schemes also can be applied Internet of Things’ Wireless Sensor Network environment.
