The Pharmacies will be competitive in this high-density markets. Pharmacies industry needs and the importance of site selection are increased day by day. However, there are a few researches in site selection of domestic pharmacies. So, this study takes pharmacies for instance, conferring on the most adequate factor in site selection provides a reference exhibition store. This study combined Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method to setup an evaluation model for the pharmacy site selecting. Based on the literature review, the 5 criteria and 27 preliminary sub-criteria were obtained. The 5 criteria are "demographic variables", "business district development", "business district attraction", "environmental features" and "building". By the Delphi method, we get 17 representative sub-criteria to setup the selection model. From the questionnaire response of experts, we can calculate the weight of each criteria and sub-criteria by the AHP method. The results of this study shows that the experts emphasize most through the five assessment criteria, the most important criteria are in order following, is demographic variables, environmental features, business district development, building, business district attraction. The population, the convenience of transportation, and the age distribution rank are principles of assessment. It would be interesting to expand the proposed method and other industry applications.
