Body will easily be burned when using the far infrared ray care equipment in the heat for a long time. This study is intend to explore two problems with the old type far infrared ray health care equipment which has energy-consuming and doing not have a security. First step, to know the user think which functions are needed to improve by survey. Second step, to discuss the far infrared ray care equipment’s problems and can be improved the technique with expert. Again with the self-contradict matrix in the TRIZ creativity theory and the material-field analytical diagram, find out a function of the old type far infrared ray health care equipment influence factor and improve the design. And use Taguchi methods to find out the best parameter level combine with intelligent far infrared ray health care equipment after improved. End do more analytical with old type far infrared ray health care the function of the equipment. To confirm the intelligent far infrared ray health care equipment it has economical energy, safe, and preserve far infrared ray warm up the effect to improve body function. Keeping with the spirit of science and technology mission. Result of the test, intelligent far infrared health care equipment its function after improving can effectively and quickly reach a cabin body inner part enactment temperature value, and the constant temperature control the internal temperature, not along with use time heat. By the display could see that moment temperature. And its economical depletion power can save 47% than the old one. For the user, it can even ease the heart anxious feeling and improve the unsteady of the equipment. To truly make far infrared ray health care the equipment reach amicability healthy and keeping with science and technology mission spirit.
