In order to reduce more damages to the environment, there is a company that redesigned the body and redefined the motor design of electricscooters. This research used Six sigma DMAIC methodology to improve the problem of airtight test of water cooled motors of electric scooter. For definition and measurement, we define the damage of the mistake of water cooled motors processing. And establish the measurement to evaluate whether it achieving its quality improve ment goals.Further, the study analyzed the reason of poor processing through cause and effect chart. We redesign the fixtures in order to improve the problem of airtight test of water cooled motors of electric motors; Furth more, we use the method of project management to keep monitoring the quality and also improve productivity and yield rate.
