Whether the government can efficiently provide the public services has become an important criterion to judge whether the government has fulfilled its duties. So，how to provide better public services and how to provide them more efficiently have become two big issues for the government all around the world.This essay is designed to analyze contents and routes of public service procurement of domestic governments and the significant role that finance has played in the process on the basis of Public Service Supply Theory,New Public Management Theory and Contract Theory.As an emerging innovative method of social management, the government purchasing of public service was gradually introduced from overseas.Scholars have did many researches on the method from different perspectives in its localization. The thesis mainly focus on the study of the relationship among different subjects in the government purchasing of public service and the analysis of the contradiction and conflict between different subjects in the current stage to construct the connection of all subjects. Through dissecting the different stages of the government purchasing of public service and analyzing the relationship among subjects in the procedure of the government purchasing of public service.
